Helsinki Congress Paasitorni offers about 30 practical, flexible spaces with character for groups of 8 to 800. In mid-August 2012 Paasitorni’s services expanded with the addition of three new conference rooms, the restaurant Paasin Kellari and the Scandic Paasi hotel.
Take the opportunity to explore all these conference, restaurant and hotel facilities which have now opened under one roof. In this unique historic setting they offer a wealth of individual options for a wide range of events and occasions.
From mid-August 2012 customers are being served by four restaurants and their private dining rooms, each with their own individual character. There’s the classically stylish Restaurant Paasi for conference guests, groups and private events, high-quality Graniittilinna for those who appreciate traditional Finnish cuisine à la carte, and the legendary Juttutupa for relaxed get-togethers.
The latest addition to the restaurant family, Paasin Kellari serves breakfast to hotel guests and lunch to conference participants. Paasin Kellari is also an excellent choice for group buffets, e.g. to round off a conference or before a night at the theatre, and for private parties.
The new 170-room hotel Scandic Paasi being built adjoining Paasitorni opened its doors 14th August 2012.
Offering an exceptionally versatile range of facilities, Scandic Paasi is steeped in the history of the area and tells the fascinating story of the interesting people in its past. The rooms with their own individual character are located in three adjoining buildings with the period atmosphere of the 1920s, 1950s and the 2010s. Scandic Paasi provides a personal service for conference and congress guests, and business and leisure travellers alike.
