Transport

Paasitorni is located in Siltasaari in Helsinki, next to Hakaniemi square, with excellent transport links.

We recommend getting to Paasitorni on public transport. Hakaniemi is served by several bus routes, trams and the metro. Paasitorni is approximately a kilometre away from Helsinki’s central railway station, about a 15-minute walk. See the map of the local area.

If arriving by car, you will find parking spaces with parking meters and car parks nearby.

Arriving by metro, tram or bus

Trams 3B, 6 and 9 run from Helsinki’s main railway station to Hakaniemi square. Trams 1 and 7A also run from the centre of Helsinki to Hakaniemi.

Many buses running from Rautatientori (the square next to the main railway station, the national theatre (Kansallisteatteri) side) stop at Hakaniemi. e.g. 62, 68, 71, 75. If taking the metro from the city centre, you want to get off at Hakaniemi station.

Arriving by train

All long-distance and commuter trains to Helsinki arrive at the main railway station, which is a short and easy walk from Paasitorni.

Arriving by air

Paasitorni is 20 km from Helsinki-Vantaa airport towards the city centre. Buses between Rautatientori in the city centre and the airport (615, 615T, 615N, 615TK, 615V) stop in Hakaniemi and the total journey time is about half an hour. The journey from the airport by taxi takes 20-30 minutes.
