Paasitorni at your service
Paasitorni’s historically valuable and painstakingly restored building offers an inspiring and memorable setting for everything from meetings for a few people to congresses, dinners and events for hundreds of participants. Paasitorni is a vibrant building in a class of its own, whose atmosphere comes from its practical premises, aesthetically stunning environment and excellent customer service.
Responsible for hosting an event?
On your arrival at Paasitorni, the rooms for your event will be furnished and technically equipped as agreed in advance. You will be welcomed by our conference service staff at the information desk in the vestibule inside the main entrance (tel. +358 (09) 7089 613). You will be given the key to your conference room and instructions on use of the building. Written instructions are also provided in your room.
Where necessary, our conference service staff will instruct you in using the technical equipment prior to the event and will be able to help at any time, should technical problems arise. Please don’t hesitate to contact our staff during your event if you have any questions or requirements. Just use the internal phones in the conference rooms and lobbies, stop one of us in passing or come to the information desk in the vestibule. Our information point will provide photocopies and can print out materials. We are always happy to help!
Attending an event at Paasitorni
On arrival at Paasitorni, you will find information about the rooms booked for your event on the information board in the vestibule. At the information desk, our conference service staff will welcome you, tell you where to go and explain the cloakroom and restaurant services provided for your event.
During your event, you are welcome to ask questions or ask our conference service staff for help at any time (tel. +358 (0)9 – 7089 613 or using the internal phones). Information desk staff will also be able to provide you with information about Helsinki, provide change for parking, book taxis and charge your phone. We are trained in first aid and will call for professional assistance if required. Conference services are also the people to contact about lost property.
