At Paasitorni we provide an exceptionally positive service experience for events organisers and participants alike. Our ultimate aim is to create an event to remember, enhancing your business and our reputation. At Paasitorni customers receive the following benefits:
Free planning meeting for events for a minimum of 150 people
If you are planning an event for at least 150 people, we would be delighted to welcome your planning team to a meeting at Paasitorni. We will provide a meeting room with coffee free of charge. Please book in advance with our sales office. The sales coordinator responsible for your event will be happy to attend your meeting if required.
Looking after the hosts
The hosts of your event receive coffee, tea and soft drinks free of charge during the event. Conference service staff will hand out tokens entitling the holder to free drinks on the day.
Paasitorni’s history
Guests are fascinated by Paasitorni’s history, dating back over 100 years. We will be happy to add value to your event by offering a 10-15 minute look at the building’s remarkable history in Finnish or in English in conjunction with your event. This option is available for events for at least 150 people and should be booked in advance.
We are also able to provide an introduction to the building’s history for smaller groups where possible, e.g. by presenting the building, showing guests the views of the city skyline from the tower and providing brochures. Ask our sales office for more information about the options available. Guests also have an opportunity to find out more about Paasitorni’s history by exploring the exhibition of photographs in the lobby on floor 1 1/2.
Personal contact
Paasitorni has its own expert and friendly sales office. We will appoint a personal contact for your event who will cater for all your requirements from conference services to restaurant bookings and accommodation.
Customer feedback
We are keen to hear what our customers think before, during and after the event. We strive to rectify any issues arising immediately and do our utmost to ensure that any mistakes are not repeated. The person booking the event and the person hosting the event will be sent an electronic customer feedback form immediately after the event and in the event of complaints we will always be personally in touch to resolve the problem.
