Organising a conference should be as easy as possible. This is why we offer a wide range of ready-made conference packages priced per participant.
When you know how long your event will last and the catering you will need, booking and calculating the total cost is easy.
All conference packages include

Events for 150 people or more
Paasitorni offers a range of individual conference space options for groups of 150 people or more. The rooms have flat floors and the furniture can be varied.
The beautifully restored Congress Hall is perfect for conferences, training courses and congresses for up to 800 people. Use of the hall includes use of the adjoining foyer and lobby, making it possible to host exhibitions or serve coffee or cocktails in space adjoining the Congress Hall itself.
Enjoying a prime location by the main entrance, the well-equipped, comfortable Siltasaari Hall is ideal for events for up to 200 people. Completely renovated in 2010, meeting rooms 302-303 offer light decor with plenty of natural daylight for a maximum of 156 participants. Opening in the end of summer 2012 and representing the ultimate in modern design, the Sirkus conference room will seat almost 300 in a new building on the inner courtyard. The neighbouring lobby areas are perfect for coffee breaks and serving refreshments.
